Dr Jed Shepherd – Scarborough Chiropractor

B.Sc(Chiro), B.Chiro (Distinction)

Chiropractor & Clinic Co-Owner

Dr Jed is a passionate chiropractor that enjoys working with people from all walks of life. From families to FIFO workers, active individuals and office workers he loves helping his patients move from pain and injury and get back to doing what they love!

He takes a thorough and holistic approach to assessment in order to find the cause of your problem and what’s preventing you from achieving a pain-free recovery.

Relief, Rehabilitation & Prevention

Jed prides himself on treatment catered to the individual, he loves supporting his patients in reaching their health goals. No two problems are the same, and everybody needs a different approach in order to achieve the best result and get active and moving again.

He combines gentle and stronger adjusting techniques to suit his patients’ needs, as well as a variety of soft tissue therapies including dry needling to address muscular pain and dysfunction.

Jed understands that people generally come to the practice seeking relief from pain. He strives to not only provide his patients with timely relief, but also utilises a variety of exercise-based home care to appropriately rehabilitate pain and injuries and ultimately prevent the problem from returning.

Giving Back Through Chiropractic

Since graduating from Perth’s Murdoch University with a double bachelor’s degree in Chiropractic, Dr Jed has been involved in the non-for-profit organisation Hands on India, which provides chiropractic and basic medical care to disadvantaged communities in Siliguri (north-east India). He has travelled on two volunteer trips to India and sat on the board of directors for two years as treasurer.

Outside the practice he has previously trained in CrossFit & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and recently has become an avid running, completing (surviving) the Perth Marathon in October 2026. He values spending quality time with his wife Kaitlyn (who is also a Chiropractor) and their pet Cavoodle Gusto as well as enjoying good food & coffee .
